Clearly, the NPU of Copilot + PC must be able to do at least 40 topics (or trillion tasks per second, metric achieving AI). Forty peaks are at the top end between the laptops’ NPUS today, usually released from 50 on the top 50. To boil this down, that means that Copilot + one of the laptops are too fast when it comes to AI.
There are currently three types of laptop processors that mark the box to have a NPU for at least 40 peaks:

Side aside: Snapdragon X series series based on ARM, which means they work differently than x86 based Intel and AMD processors. As a result, they do not match specific applications for operation of X86 Systems – especially special apps like AutoCad and a specific school software. The high universities of the community discourages their students to receive laptops are enabled in that specific reason. Keep that in mind when you buy a new window laptop; Your main case for use can conform to a third of your options.
