Former Congo President of Congo is charged with rebellion
The pain trial in the former President of Democratic Republic of Congo, Joseph Kabila has already taken a military court in the capital, Kinshasa.
He also faces other charges, including murder and rape, linked to his M23 rebels – who are controlling a large mineral-rich part of the eastern part of the country. He denies the offenses, and he did not appear in his ears and request that he was tried.
Kubila’s fan, President Félix Thisedi, accused her having a rebel border.
The old president had refused the term “thoughtlessly” and said the courts were used as ‘the tool of oppression’.
A few hours later, Friday trial was postponed at the end of the month, following the prosecution of the time to review the documents.
Agreement to eliminate apostates between the rebels and the government was approved last week, but the fighting continued.
Kabila lived outside the country for two years, but arrived in Goma dead in the Kingdom, Eastern Chr Congo, exile in future settings in South Africa in May.

But as an offense, deputy minister of Congo’s justice Samuel Mbaba had strong words to any target.
“Justice does not discuss, not partaking in the discussion. The just calendar is different from a political calendar.”
