The former head of the Central African Republic (Car) Federation, Car-Edouard, was found guilty of making 28 military crimes and crime crime in the National World Court (ICC).
He was accused, beside the Catom, in a joint attack on the Muslims of the country in 2013-14.
Qatom was found guilty of 20 charges. Judges have given their decision after a four-year trial involves more than 170 Witnesses and about 20,000 people.

Qatom was appointed MP in 2016, although under arrival at Zans.

His extradition in ICC was the first from the car.
International Federation of Human Rights (known by French Aranch Fidh) has signed the authorities where they are committed to fighting against misconduct.
